{{BRAND_DOMAIN}} is operated by {{COMPANY_NAME}}, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC) under licence number {{LICENCE_NO}}. We are committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to promoting responsible gambling. The wellbeing of our customers is our priority. We invest in prevention, early detection, and support so that our customers can make informed choices about their gambling activity.
Play responsibly: do not gamble beyond your means to pay.
This policy sets out how we implement the Responsible Gaming requirements of the TGC General Code of Practice, and how we monitor our operation for indicators of problem gaming. It applies to all products and services offered by {{BRAND_DOMAIN}} and, where indicated, to all brands operating under the licensee.
All customer-facing staff receive responsible gaming training as part of onboarding and complete refresher training at least once every twelve (12) months. Training completion is recorded. Where partner organisations interact with our customers, their staff are subject to equivalent training standards under contract.
Although problem gambling is generally associated with financial hardship, its impact usually stretches much further. Clear identifiable signs include:
- Spending more time or money than intended;
- Arguing with family and friends after gambling;
- Feeling guilty or remorseful about gambling;
- Missing work or other commitments to gamble;
- Hiding the extent of gambling activity;
- Chasing losses by increasing stakes or session frequency;
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling.
If you identify with any of these examples, we strongly encourage you to apply one or more of the tools described below and to seek external support. Our team can also help you set the right tool for your situation — contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.
The tools below can be set inside your account, or by contacting our support team. All tools take effect as soon as reasonably practicable. In line with TGC requirements, any decrease to a limit applies with immediate effect, and any increase or removal takes effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum you can deposit in a day, week, or month. Decreases apply as soon as reasonably practicable. Any increase or removal takes effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limit: Set a maximum net loss for a day, week, or month. Profits in the period do not offset losses; unsettled bets count toward the limit. Decreases apply immediately; increases or removals take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Wager Limit: Set the maximum total amount you can wager in a day, week, or month. This is a gross wager limit — profits do not offset your wager total. Decreases apply immediately; increases or removals take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Time-Out: Take a short break from gambling for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months. During a time-out you cannot deposit or receive promotional offers; you may withdraw any remaining funds. Time-outs apply immediately and your account automatically reactivates at expiry.
- Self-Exclusion: You may exclude yourself for a fixed period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Once processed, you will no longer be able to make bets or deposits. You may withdraw any remaining funds. For permanent self-exclusion, we will remit your remaining balance.
For self-exclusion periods of six (6) months or longer, reinstatement requires you to confirm your request via our documented process, followed by a 3-day cooling-off period before your account is reactivated.
Self-exclusion applies across all brands operated by {{COMPANY_NAME}}. During your self-exclusion, we will take all reasonable steps to prevent our marketing material from being sent to you. To self-exclude, contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} or use the Responsible Gaming section of your account.
We report self-exclusions to the Tobique Gaming Commission within 24 hours of the exclusion becoming effective, so that the Commission can consolidate self-exclusion records across all TGC-licensed operators.
Where indicators of problem gaming, cheating, collusion, threatening behaviour, or intoxication are observed, we may take proportionate action, which may include:
- Operator-set limits on deposits, losses, or wagers;
- Proactive outreach to check in on your gaming behaviour;
- Directing you to responsible gaming tools and this policy;
- Temporary suspension pending review;
- Operator-imposed exclusion (discretionary or mandatory).
Where an operator-imposed exclusion is applied, we keep a record of the assessment and decision. Where such exclusion is permanent or where evidence of an uncontrollable problem gambler is established, any remaining account balance will be remitted to you.
{{BRAND_DOMAIN}} accepts customers who are at least 18 years old. During registration, we require a positive age affirmation and date of birth.
If an underage customer is identified, we will suspend the account, return any deposits (subject to no evidence of fraud), forfeit any winnings to the Commission where required, and report the case to the TGC.
